This Privacy Policy describes how Flow Motion Running, LLC (“Flow Motion Running, LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our programs, including Flow Motion Youth Athletics, and our website. This policy applies both to information collected from parents and guardians on behalf of participating children, and to information collected automatically through our website. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children online.
Information We Collect
Information provided directly by parents/guardians:
- Parent/guardian name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Participant name, age or date of birth, and grade/school (where relevant to program placement)
- Emergency contact and authorized pickup information
- Health information voluntarily disclosed for safety purposes, such as allergies or medical conditions
- Payment information, processed through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
- Photos, video, or audio recordings taken during program activities, as described in our Media Release
Information collected automatically through our website:
- Usage data such as pages visited, time on site, browser and device type, and general location, collected through Google Analytics and similar tools, to help us understand how our website is used
- Information you submit through our online booking/registration platform when enrolling in a camp, event, or program
How We Use Information
- To register, administer, and communicate about program enrollment

- To send program updates, schedule changes, and, if you opt in, marketing communications
- To promote Flow Motion Youth Athletics using photo/video media, as separately authorized in our Media Release

Our website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed and time spent on the site). This information is used in aggregate to help us understand and improve our website; it is not used to identify a specific child. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using tools Google provides for that purpose.
We use an online booking/registration platform to process camp and event sign-ups. That platform processes the information you submit at booking (such as participant and payment details) on our behalf. We may change booking platform providers from time to time; regardless of provider, any platform we use is required to handle your information consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell participant or family information. We share information only as needed to operate our programs and website, which may include:
- Flow Motion Running, LLC coaching staff involved in a participant’s program
- Our payment processor and online booking/registration platform
- Google Analytics, for website usage analysis
- The host site (such as a partnering school or preschool) where a program takes place, limited to information needed for attendance, safety, and pickup coordination
- As required by law, or to respond to a genuine health or safety emergency
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid request from a court or government authority, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of a participant or the public, investigate wrongdoing connected with our programs, or protect our legal rights. If Flow Motion Running, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of some or all of its business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will provide notice if your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy as a result.
Links to Other Websites
Our website and communications may contain links to third-party sites, such as our payment processor or booking platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
Children’s Privacy
Flow Motion Youth Athletics serves children ages 5–12. We collect information about participating children directly from their parent or guardian, not from the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly (for example, through a website form), please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Data Retention
We retain enrollment and health information for as long as needed to administer current and past programs and to meet our legal and insurance obligations, after which it is deleted or securely destroyed. Website usage data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings.
Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect family and participant information. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may request to review, update, or delete the information we hold about you or your child, or opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us at the email below. Photo/video opt-outs are handled as described in our Media Release.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website and revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
