In Person Coaching Sessions

Youth Coaching Sessions (During In Season)

These sessions are designed to complement your athlete’s existing school or club program, not replace it. We work alongside their team coach, focusing on the areas that typically don’t get enough attention in a group practice setting.

Each session includes work across some or all of the following:

  • Running mechanics and movement efficiency. We assess how your athlete moves and address technical habits that limit performance or increase injury risk.
  • Form drills and technical skill development. Deliberate, coached repetition of the fundamentals that translate directly to faster, more economical running.
  • Strength and mobility for runners. Targeted work that supports what they’re already doing in practice and helps keep them healthy through a demanding season.
  • Neuromuscular speed development. Low-volume, high-quality work that sharpens athleticism and develops the fast-twitch qualities that distance training alone doesn’t build.
  • Race strategy, mindset, and confidence. We help athletes learn how to compete, not just train. That includes pacing, tactical awareness, and building the mental habits that hold up under pressure.

These sessions are supplemental. The goal is to make your athlete better at what their school coach is already asking them to do.

During off-season periods, we may perform more intense speed work, but this will depend on each athletes circumstances and can be discussed during the initial phone call.

Private Coaching Session (1 hour)                                 $80.00

A private one-on-one session with a coach that will be tailored around your goals and needs of the session and can focus on:

  • Running Form
  • Strength
  • Pacing
  • Workout Execution and Support

Semi-Private Coaching Session (1 hour)                               

Have a small group (2-5 athletes) that wants to have a session together with a coach? A semi-private session would be the perfect option.  You still get that personalized attention and the session is tailored to the goals and needs of the group.

 

2 athletes = $130

3 athletes = $165

4 athletes = $180

5 athletes = $200
